Introduction to Church:Cippenham was transferred from Bucks to Berks in 1974.

Notable Features:
1934 Original St Andrew's church opened. Less than 40 years later it was replaced.
1970 New Shared Church of St Andrew opened. This was the first church in Britain designed to be shared by Anglicans and Catholics. Architect was Michael Hattrell.
